MACHINE STRUCTURE
The base structure is a monolithic construction made of thick-walled steel. It is reinforced across the entire machine bed with welded components, ensuring extreme stability. The large-base table design is the secret to guaranteeing long-term precision and stability. The machine’s layout allows the operator optimal workflow with minimal space requirements. The moving gantry carrier is built from a solid monoblock. It is positioned in the X-direction on prismatic ground guides with recirculating ball carriages. The working unit is mounted on this mobile aggregate carrier, also using prismatic ground guides and recirculating ball carriages.

AXIS MOVEMENT
All axes move on large-section prism linear guides and recirculating ball carriages with a large contact area, ensuring optimal gliding even at the highest speeds and accelerations. The precise and rapid positioning of the moving gantry (X-axis) is achieved via slanted-tooth rack-and-pinion drive. Large-cross-section recirculating ball screws guarantee the precise positioning of the working unit along the moving gantry (Y- and Z-axes). Top-quality drives and brushless motors govern perfect mechanical dynamics and maximum positioning accuracy.

· X-axis = 90 m/min
· Y-axis = 90 m/min
· Z-axis = 30 m/min

Safety device with bumper and light barrier 1
Bumpers with sensors are installed around the mobile support, and a light curtain system is mounted in front of the machine. If the operator enters the active zone, the X-axis travel speed is reduced to 25 m/min without stopping the machine. This system allows workpieces to be loaded during pendulum operation, without the access restrictions typical with foot mat systems. This prevents unwanted interruptions of the machining cycle and allows greater freedom of movement around the work table.

Lubrication of the X, Y, and Z axes is regulated by the CNC control at regular intervals, without manual intervention on the machine.
Central extraction port 1
All individual extraction ports of the processing units are combined into a central port. Various slide gates within the port are controlled via NC, reducing the required extraction air flow.
