Vacomat 140/160 XPe

- The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is our smallest model and is ideal for single-machine extraction. Airflows of up to 1,593 m³/h can be conveyed using this negative pressure extraction system,
e.g. for the extraction of panel saws, jointers, or thickness planers.
- In the standard configuration, extraction is started manually at the touch of a button. Upon request, an automatic start of the fan can be installed so that extraction begins as soon as the connected processing machine is switched on. This prevents forgetting to activate extraction or unnecessary idling.
- The dust and chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 l) fitted with a plastic liner. A vacuum channel securely holds the plastic bag inside the collection container. Viewing windows make it easy to monitor the fill level.
- The mobile extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe automatically monitors its extraction performance via a pressure sensor and ensures maximum operational safety.

Filter Cleaning

- On the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, an integrated control panel activates an electric/mechanical shaking motor to clean the filter sleeves. Control is managed via feedback from the woodworking machine using potential-free contacts. Once all connected machines are switched off, the filter shaking process starts automatically.
For this regeneration mechanism, no compressed air connection and thus no compressor is required. As a result, noise levels are significantly reduced during cleaning.

- For very high and especially fine dust levels, an efficient pulse-jet filter cleaning option (XPe-D) is recommended (NOTE: Overall height +100 mm, length +280 mm).
Filter cleaning using the compressed air tank is performed offline, after the extraction process.

SCHUKOCONE FILTER

- The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is supplied as standard with patented SchukoCone® filter sleeves.
- The SchukoCone® filter is an innovative combination of an outside-loaded filter sleeve with an inside-loaded cone. This filter design offers approximately 60% more filter area with a smaller footprint.
- SchukoCone® filter sleeves fully demonstrate their potential especially for fine dusts, where large filter area and low filter load are crucial.
- Lower filter load results in a longer filter service life. A lower filter resistance means less fan output and, consequently, reduced energy consumption.

ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY SCOPE

- Mobile dust extractors of type Vacomat 140/160 XPe are delivered pre-assembled and ready to plug in (3-phase, 16 A, with 6.0 m cable) on a disposable pallet (included). A chip collection bag (size V) is also included.
- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe must be connected electronically to the machine to be extracted, so that automatic regeneration of the filter sleeves is triggered once the processing machine is shut down. A certified electrician can help with this. The supplied control panel with integrated phase inverter is prepared for a potential-free contact query and three current transformer coils (coils not included).
