The Scantool 100 RSX is designed for series production, where precision and clean work are required.
It is used in the manufacturing of railings, frames, go-karts, mesh trolleys, wheelchairs, ship fixtures, handrails, gates, doors, furniture frames, stainless steel tube and profile work for the food industry, and much more.
The Scantool 100 RSX grinds tubes and profiles made of any material from Ø 21 to 76 mm.

Integrated High-Performance Extraction
The Scantool 100 RSX features an integrated high-performance extraction unit that removes most of the grinding dust directly from the belt.
When the Scantool 100S cyclone unit is installed directly behind the grinding machine, you achieve the best possible dust collection solution. The Scantool Cyclone 100S is available as an option.
