Designed for twin cutting of glazing beads

The RU-GLS-ED45° double glazing bead saw is set manually to the required size. The machine is designed for twin cutting glazing beads at a 45° cutting angle and features one fixed and one movable saw unit. The manual length adjustment comes equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm are possible. During cutting, the glazing beads are held securely from above and the front by a pneumatic clamping system to prevent tilting. Operation is via a safety two-hand control. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm, Length: 3700 mm, Width: 700 mm, Voltage: 400 V.
