Designed for the simultaneous cutting of glazing beads in pairs

The RU-GLS-ED45° double glazing bead saw is manually adjustable to size. The machine is designed for simultaneous cutting of glazing beads in pairs at a cutting angle of 45° and features one fixed and one movable saw unit. Manual length adjustment is equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm can be processed. During the cutting process, the glazing beads are clamped from above and from the front using a pneumatic clamping system to prevent tilting. The machine is operated via a safety two-hand control system. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm, length: 3700 mm, width: 700 mm, voltage: 400 V.
