Rotopack Rotary Filling Machine for Ice Cream (Year of Manufacture 2023)

For sale is a Rotopack rotary filling machine for ice cream in cups, manufactured in 05 / 2023.
This is a former exhibition and demo unit, which was purchased in 2023 as a second machine from the same manufacturer for a planned second production line. However, the machine was never put into regular operation, as the company ceased production shortly thereafter.

Subsequently, it was used for 4 months by a German ice cream manufacturer as a replacement machine while their main filler was being repaired.

Therefore, the machine has very low operating hours and is in excellent, well-maintained condition.

Technical Features

- Designed for filling ice cream into cups (currently configured for 125 ml, other formats available on request)
- Made entirely of stainless steel and anodized aluminum
- Pneumatically assisted, electromechanical function
- Quick changeover between formats
- Fully compliant with all relevant food legislation and EU directives

Functionality

The machine fills ice cream cups and can optionally seal them with snap-on lids or sealing foil.
An upgrade by the manufacturer is possible to perform both operations simultaneously (sealing and lidding).

Current Setup

- Set up for 125 ml cups
- Tooling sets for other formats can be custom made by the manufacturer

4. Heat sealing station
5. Free (optional for additions)
6. Discharge

The photos show the unit partly in as-new condition. In the meantime, it was used for 4 months as a backup production machine.
