Memory for 20 programs with 10 events each

You can store up to 20 different programs, with up to 10 sequential time-temperature events per program, arranged along the heating curve. This is especially required for more complex processes.

Gas / Oil Consumption Data

Consumption is calculated based on burner settings. Using this function, you can estimate the costs of a specific cycle, plan consumption, and monitor personnel.

Dual-channel recorder with USB cycle parameters

Every oven is equipped with a recorder that logs all ignition parameters—including two temperature channels—onto a USB stick, similar to a flight data recorder. The system also enables the analysis of monthly or daily reports, including media consumption and performance data. Each heating start that triggers a door opening has been redeveloped in recent years. A dedicated option like this is not offered by any other manufacturer.

This system was developed from the ground up by our programmers:

Automatic flue gas exhaust damper

The chimney can be programmed to open a few minutes before the end of the firing process to evacuate smoke from the chamber. This is particularly important for specialized processes. The exhaust can be remotely controlled from the control panel and does not require mechanical operation as with most conventional systems.

Minute-by-minute countdown to the end

When the cycle starts, the system calculates and displays the estimated time remaining by assessing the heating dynamics.

Easy-open door mechanism

Simply pull the door to open. The lock applies adjustable pressure to the door. To close, just press the door shut—the lock catches and automatically closes the door.

To minimize heat loss to the hall when opening the door, a hood is installed above the door to help direct a portion of the heat elsewhere.

MTS System—Accurate Oven Chamber Temperature Reading

Standard measurement is often inaccurate, as it is based on a single temperature reading. The MTS system uses multiple sensors located at the farthest points of the chamber, and the multi-zone heating system ensures an unprecedented firing quality.
