Cedpfx Afofzk Ewenopw Heating System The heating elements installed in ROMER tanks are made from top-quality materials and high-temperature-resistant ceramic components. The implemented heating system provides a high thermal efficiency; hot water automatically mixes with cold water, ensuring the entire tank is evenly heated. Ultrasonic Transducers The ultrasonic transducers used in ROMER systems are mounted in submersible modules, which enhance vibration transmission and are easily replaceable. The ultrasonic frequency range is 20–40 kHz, depending on the parts being cleaned—lower frequencies are used for large, high-strength components, while higher frequencies are used for jewelry, delicate mechanical assemblies, etc. All transducers are connected with high-temperature-resistant cables.
