Opis

Overview

This returnable bottle screw cap remover, model RINK KM 690/4K, manufactured in January 2012, is designed for the automatic removal of screw caps from returnable bottles directly inside crates. The unit is installed in the empty-container feed section and removes the screw closures before the bottles are conveyed to the bottle washer. The machine is equipped with 4 units, each featuring 4 x 3 unscrewing heads, allowing several bottles to be processed in parallel within the crate. In operation, the crates are continuously conveyed beneath the unscrewing sections. The head units are lowered onto the bottles in a stepwise fashion, unscrew the caps, and then return to the upper starting position. The machine is operated via a Siemens SIMATIC panel touch display integrated into the stainless steel control cabinet.
