Used Rheon VX 202 Stress-Free Dough Divider
The Rheon VX series features stress-free dough dividers capable of processing most dough types, including highly hydrated varieties. Suitable for products ranging from pan-baked rye bread to Italian ciabatta flatbread.
Key features of the machine:
- Divides dough by weight, not by volume – ensuring precise product weight accuracy.
- The machine does not compress the dough during the dividing process. Instead, it continues gently kneading the dough internally, which preserves the gluten structure – keeping the dough "alive" and eliminating the need for chemical food additives.
- Exceptionally compact and quiet design – saving valuable production floor space and ensuring a tranquil dough-cutting environment.
- Renowned for reliability, our machines lead the industry, with a typical service life of up to 25 years.
