A complete Respecta epoxy resin metering and casting system is available. 1) Big-bag station for supplying fillers, max. particle size: 0.7 mm, max. bulk density: 0.5 g/cm³. 2) Two IBC connections for liquid components A and B with diaphragm pumps. 3) Two buffer tanks for A and B, capacity: approx. 230 l each, including level sensors and automatic IBC refilling. 4) Volumetric dosing to the mixing screw with flow meter and pressure monitoring. 5) Degassing unit. 6) Continuous epoxy resin inline heater with process monitoring for resin and hardener temperatures, viscosity range: approx. 350–450 mPas, max. epoxy resin temperature: 20°C. 7) Semi-automatic flushing and cleaning unit for the casting section, capacity: approx. 50 l. Central plant control: Siemens Simatic S7, additional controls: control cabinets/frequency converters/industrial PC. Overall system casting output: approx. 30 l/min. The system allows for mechanical preparation to retrofit up to 3 additional filler dosing systems. It is recommended to renew the pipes and diaphragm pumps before commissioning. Documentation available. Inspection on site is possible.
