Second-hand Reinbold RB 20 SV briquetting press. This industrial press is used for producing briquettes from various materials. It was operated for only one season and is being sold because it was undersized for our needs and was replaced with a higher capacity model.

Description:
The RB 20 SV hydraulic press is a new-generation professional machine designed for compacting small wood waste (sawdust, shavings, wood chips).

Standard equipment includes:

- Complete hydraulic unit – 100 L hydraulic oil included
- Hydraulic motor: 4 kW
- Agitator motor: 0.5 kW (mounted directly in the sawdust hopper)
- Screw conveyor channel – conveyor motor: 0.6 kW
- Control panel with Siemens PLC electronic controller
- Control panel offers both automatic and manual operation
- Automatic piston stroke limiter
- Sawdust hopper dimensions: 1044 mm x 1044 mm x 1010 mm
- Hydraulic oil temperature safety switch
- Hard chromed clamp
- Connection interface for conveyor pipe

Sawdust moisture content must be under 18%.

Throughput: 20–40 kg/h (depending on material)
