A complete and automatic rapeseed oil press installation, based on a Reinartz AP15 press with a 55kW motor driven via a DANFOSS VLT 5062 frequency converter. It has a capacity of 1,000 kg rapeseed or 800 kg sunflower seeds per hour, a crude oil agitation tank of 15,000 liters with a Wangen KL30S60.00 eccentric pump feeding an automatic AMA filtration system consisting of a plate filter with 20 m² filtration area and two fine filters—one with a filter bag and one with filter candles, filtering down to 0.5 micron impurity size.

Seed feed is handled by a dosing screw, with the option to heat the seed. The main entry to the press is protected by a permanent magnet to trap ferrous contaminants. Discharge of the rapeseed cake takes place via a chain conveyor and belt conveyor.

The entire installation is controlled by a SIEMENS Simatic Multi Panel touch screen control cabinet measuring approximately 1m wide by 2m high. This cabinet also contains a modem to forward error notifications to various mobile phones. The control system can operate in both automatic and manual modes.

In addition to these core systems, the installation also includes the necessary supplementary silos to refill the main silo, allowing for 24/7 operation.

The complete installation was built in 2006, has produced for 14,000 hours, and is now fully prepared for transport.
