- External stroke adjustment
- New, cross-machine reproducible tool length adjustment system
- Additional limit switches for end position monitoring
- Machine safety door with monitoring (integrated into emergency stop circuit)
- Machine enclosure below the safety door with chip guard and tool rest
- Electrical sensing of the clamping jaws (tool removal control to prevent unintended retraction of the drawbridge)
- Coolant swivel system with solenoid valve controlled over the swivel process (to activate coolant before broaching stroke – visual check of lubricant flow, no dry cutting!)
- Electrical wiring routed in protective steel conduits
- Heavy-duty control cabinet mounting for receiving machine components
- Additional oil-tight drip tray on the control cabinet
- 3-sided enclosed splash guard cabin (W = 960 x D = 450 x H = 590 mm)

Remark:
The machine is fully overhauled, and the machine body has been completely refurbished. All wear parts have been replaced.

The machine is available in our warehouse and can be inspected under power.

The machine is marked with the “CE” label.
This “CE” conforms to the state of 1998 (first overhaul).
