Rational SCC 61 WE

This is a SCC 61 combi-steamer by the premium manufacturer Rational, in the electric version. The combi-steamer is equipped with a hanging rack with 6 slots. The unit has been completely overhauled in our in-house workshop and is fully operational. The unit is offered with a 6-month warranty on all electrical components. The stand shown in the pictures is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an option.

This combi-steamer fits 6 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the device automatically detects the ideal cooking cycle for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), along with the size of the foods, load quantity, and product-specific requirements.
