Rational SCC 101

This is an SCC 101 WE combi-steamer in electric version (left-hand hinged door) manufactured by Rational, a premium brand. The unit is from the SCC series and features triple glazing and LED lighting. The combi-steamer has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The stand shown in the pictures is not included in the offering but can be purchased as an optional extra.

This combi-steamer holds 10 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the unit independently detects, across 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), the optimal cooking path, the size of the food, the load quantity, and product-specific requirements.
