This is the latest generation of VarioCooking Centers: the iVario Pro XL with a 150-liter capacity from the premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting bratt pan is equipped with the Balanced Power option: 34 kW instead of 41 kW (reduced connection load). The unit has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop, freshly serviced, and is fully operational. The lid has a slight dent on the left outer side, but this is only a minor cosmetic defect and does not affect the functionality in any way.
