This combi steamer from manufacturer Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 5 x 1/1 Gastronorm racks, electric version, allowing you to use deeper GN containers per rack. (Conversion to a 6-rail rack is also possible).

This combi steamer was primarily used for reheating pre-packaged food and is therefore in very well-maintained used condition.

The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
