Function Description:

When the feed tray moves into position at the press exit, the workpiece carpet is pushed under the holding device. Through the generation of vacuum, it is held in place and then rotated 180°.

The vacuum is then deactivated and the workpiece carpet has been turned, allowing the entire batch to be processed directly further on the turner.

The batch is automatically discharged by the turner and placed on a side station for further processing.

Advantages:

• Increased production capacity due to rapid emptying of the press table
• Time and personnel savings – as rough precutting is completely eliminated
• Easier handling and control of parts
• The film edges of 3D furniture fronts are protected, as the foil is not pulled over the edge of the furniture front
• Automatic discharge is optionally available, enabling the entire workpiece carpet to be cut in a mat cutting machine
• The pins are preserved with this turning system, as cutting does not occur on the pin table

• Torsionally rigid welded frame to house machine components
• Standard dimensions approx. 2800 mm x 2220 mm x 1200 mm

• Turning table consisting of 9 arms with foam rubber coating
