The RBM 1500 is a brushing machine for film-laminated 3D furniture fronts.
The proven four-head rotary brush system removes adhesive overspray from the reverse sides of furniture fronts, ensuring optimal edge finishing.
This is achieved by pneumatically controlled disc brushes that adjust their pressure and clean the rear of the panels. The RBM 1500 is designed for a capacity of up to 2,000 parts per shift, making it the ideal brushing system for small and medium-sized production runs.

The RBM 1500 is equipped with automatic size and thickness detection for furniture fronts. This allows for adaptation to random loading without any loss of throughput time. The flexible control system enables brushing of both rectangular and contoured parts. Low-maintenance brushes and long service lives ensure low production costs.
