Overview
This Rühle dicing machine with infeed conveyor, model: SR3, was manufactured in Germany in 2013. The fully automatic high-performance machine has a processing capacity of up to 3,500 kg/h. The material can be cut into cubes, strips, or shreds in various sizes. Operating within a temperature range of -5°C to +80°C, the machine can process nearly any type of food product. It comes equipped with a feed belt specifically designed for round logs up to 120 mm in diameter, such as cooked ham. Ideal for pizza toppings.
