Spiral Bread Cooler (Industrial)

An industrial spiral bread cooler is offered, suitable for bakeries and production lines. The machine was in operation until recently and has been dismantled due to replacement with new equipment.

The spiral has a total length of approximately 420 meters, ensuring uniform cooling of the production. The time for one complete rotation is about 94 minutes, allowing for an efficient cooling process after baking. The system capacity is around 2,500 loaves per hour, with simultaneous accommodation of up to 4,000 loaves and a total weight of approximately 2,566 kg.

The construction allows configuration as a single or double spiral (figure-eight type), depending on production needs. It is suitable for integration into existing bread and bakery production lines.
