Discover the advanced F200 XL finishing machine.

All products ranging from the size of a euro coin up to 200 mm wide can be processed on this compact powerhouse. On the infeed side, burrs and irregularities are removed using a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by two oscillating combination brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes ensure uniform edge rounding of all edges and holes, all around and within the flat-ground product, leading to the most optimal finish.

The F200 XL offers functionalities such as automatic brush calibration to guarantee consistent results and precision, as well as full ERP control and seamless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine fully prepared for the future!

We can now offer you this F200 XL - VAC showroom machine, year of construction 2023, optionally in combination with a WES3000 wet extraction unit and associated piping. Only available until sold.

Machine is supplied with 1-year warranty, excluding wear parts. Delivery ex works Bergeijk. If desired, we can also offer the machine including transport, installation, and training of your operators on site.
