The F200 XL is a 3-station machine, equipped as standard with the brush height tracking system designed by Q-Fin. Combined with its straightforward push-button control system, this ensures that setting up and operating the F200 is intuitive, resulting in the most user-friendly machine available on the market. The machine comes as standard with infinitely variable speed adjustment for both the conveyor and the brush(es) and/or grinding head(s), making all possible operations and finishes achievable. You determine the desired finish yourself.

The F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, e.g., stainless steel and aluminium) or a magnetic system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure effective fixation of the products to be processed on the conveyor table, allowing even smaller workpieces (from 10x10 mm) to be processed safely, trouble-free, and quickly. At Q-Fin, we are convinced: a narrower machine is ideal for small workpieces, while a wider machine suits larger parts. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to 5 times higher than comparable machines.
