The abrasive belt in this unit removes burrs and/or burn marks from the product surface. If there are no burrs, the abrasive belt can be omitted or removed. It is also possible to process your product with a finer abrasive belt or finish with a Scotch-Brite belt. The second and third stations feature a disc brush unit with 4 oscillating disc brushes. The fourth and fifth stations consist of 2 round brushes rotating in opposite directions (left and right). The brushes break the sharp edges of the product or, thanks to the unique combination of two brush systems, can round edges up to a radius of R=3 mm.
