The mash on the belt is pressed against cylinders, and the extracted juice flows into the collection trays beneath the press. The pressing process of the Band Press 1500 is continuous.

- The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS line is the integrated pump and collection tank included with the Band Press 1500. This not only saves you the cost of purchasing a separate tank and pump but also conserves valuable space.
- The juice yield from apples using our band press is approximately 75%.
- A filtration system is integrated into the collection tray, meaning the juice is filtered as part of the pressing process, resulting in an even purer product.
- The band press operates automatically. If the mash hopper is full, upstream machines feeding the band press are automatically shut down. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice into storage tanks.
- The band press comes with a high-pressure cleaner that continuously washes the machine’s belt. Our belt washing system is simple, contains no motors or reduction gears, which extends the machine’s service life and reduces maintenance costs.
- After use, the band press should be washed manually with a jet of water. A complete wash takes about 15-20 minutes. Cleaning is straightforward, and all parts of the band press can be easily removed without tools.
- Belt tension is adjustable.
- The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and features adjustable feet.
- Easy to clean with no closed or inaccessible areas; all parts are simple to assemble and disassemble.
