The diesel pasteurization unit features a built-in boiler. Inside the burner, there is a tube-type stainless steel heating coil. The liquid passes through the tubular coil, which is surrounded by hot water. The heat from the water instantly heats the liquid, eliminating bacteria.

Capacity: 900-1100 l/h.

Maximum pasteurization temperature of 90 ºC. The juice is pumped through the inner tube of the coil, which is constructed according to the tube-in-tube principle, with hot water circulating in the outer tube. The coil is manufactured from stainless steel.

The heating coil is integrated into the boiler, saving space and preventing heat loss that typically occurs with an external heat exchanger. This results in an energy saving of 15-20% compared to traditional heating methods.

Easy water temperature control with a digital thermostat. Simple adjustment of juice temperature (filling temperature) using a digital thermostat. Mounted on castors for easy movement. Diesel pasteurizer is equipped with swivel wheels.

Suitable for viscous food products and virtually maintenance-free as there are no seals. Can be heated with diesel or natural gas.
