The immersion bath pasteurization option is the perfect solution for pasteurizing your bottled or canned products after filling.

Our immersion bath pasteurizers can be manufactured in two versions:
1. Stand-alone bath pasteurizer with electric heating elements and integrated control panel.
2. Bath pasteurizer as an extension together with the HEAT or ECOHEAT pasteurizers. In this setup, water is heated by our pasteurizer, and the same control panel is used to operate both units.

- Suitable for use with glass bottles, jars, cans, and any other heat-resistant packaging.
- Compatible with a wide range of products such as juices, jams, purees, sauces, etc.
- Automatic temperature and time control.
- Overflow protection for water.
- Fast and easy loading and unloading of bottle trays.
- Manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
Bottles, cans, or jars are placed into trays, which are then loaded into the bath. The desired pasteurization temperature and holding time can be set easily via the integrated control panel or on the HEAT or ECOHEAT pasteurizers.
At the start of the process, bottles or jars are placed in the bath, and water is filled up to the bottle necks. Next, the pasteurizer is started, and the temperature (up to max. 90°C) and the processing time are set. The heating process begins, warming the water in the bath. When the set temperature is reached, the timer activates and pasteurization starts. Meanwhile, filled bottles can be placed in a new set of trays to speed up changeover.
Once the timer has elapsed, water is drained from the bath pasteurizer, and the bottles are unloaded.
Since the temperature is only measured in the bath, it is important to monitor the core temperature of your product to ensure sufficient pasteurization has been achieved.
