Opis
This is an adjustable, semi-automatic pallet nailing table designed for pallets of various sizes. Its ergonomic construction allows for quick and easy template adjustment for different pallet sizes. Lengths can range from 900 to 2800 mm, and the table supports widths of up to 1500 mm. Only one operator is needed to produce 180–210 pallets during an eight-hour shift.
The operator uses several nail guns for different nail sizes. For operator convenience, each nail gun is suspended from the top roller track. The roller track allows the nail guns to move freely along the overhead rail mounting system. The table’s construction guarantees both production efficiency and operator comfort.
