PROFIX PT-1900

The universal pneumatic table PT-1900 features an adjustable worktop, pneumatic clamping of support elements (blocks or beams), and pneumatic lifting of the pallet towards the operator.

It is an adjustable, semi-automatic pallet nailing table for producing pallets of various sizes. Its ergonomic design enables quick and easy adjustment of the pallet template size. Lengths can vary from 800 to 1900 mm, and the table supports widths up to a maximum of 1300 mm. Only one operator is required to produce 210–230 pallets during a single 8-hour shift.

The operator uses several nail guns for different nail sizes. Each nail gun is conveniently suspended from the overhead rail system. The rail allows guns to freely move along the assembly track above. The table’s construction ensures both production efficiency and operator comfort.
