• The machine is equipped with a modern CNC control system developed by the manufacturer. All relevant process and workpiece parameters can be entered, allowing quick and easy changeover for different workpiece sizes (changeover time). All process parameters are graphically displayed on the monitor, providing the user with an optimized process cycle.
• Integrated (workpiece) center rolling device for shaft-shaped workpieces (such as gear shafts) with center holes, including a clamping device and prismatic positioning fixtures for pre-aligning the workpiece before clamping, as well as a motorized (driven) tailstock center on the front side of the workpiece. The workpiece slide stroke is approx. 500 mm—thus, the workpiece is clamped and hydraulically moved between the two rolling tools.
• Hydraulic oil chiller, separate electrical cabinet, CNC control panel, etc.
• Transparent safety enclosures in the working area. Centralized lubrication.
