Opis

The heavy-duty TCG double-bed lathe is a universal machine tool designed for rough and finish turning, drilling, threading, taper turning, and boring of heavy and very heavy workpieces in a single setup. The TCG lathe is intended for machining parts with a diameter of up to 1600 mm. Its structural layout and rigidity allow for large chip cross-sections and ensure a high-quality surface finish with minimal ovality of the machined part.

The machine is currently located at our company ZAK in Poręba, ul. Zakładowa 2 (Poland). At present, the machine is disassembled and undergoing a complete overhaul.

We can offer the machine for sale as a TCG 160 with a 5-meter turning length, or we can upgrade it to a TCG 200. Turning length can be customized as required.
