This is a modern CNC plasma cutting machine designed for industrial applications, used for cutting sheet metal and profiles by means of a plasma torch. It features a robust construction made from the highest quality steel and aluminum, a large cutting capacity, the ability to cut elements of virtually any shape, and low process costs.

Material cutting is performed in a short time while maintaining high precision of detail reproduction. To obtain the desired shape, simply import a file into the software, making the operation of the cutter easy and intuitive.

Our plasma cutting machines are primarily intended for processing the following materials:
- Mild steel,
- Stainless steel.

CONSTRUCTION
The plasma cutter frame has been designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used for machine production is cut, welded, and then subjected to precision machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms have additional reinforcements, providing high rigidity and eliminating vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our cutting machines are equipped with high-power, high-resolution AC servo motors, which provide appropriate acceleration and speed in all directions. These highly dynamic and precise motors with feedback ensure zero backlash through constant monitoring of operating parameters. Classic, proven helical racks are used on the X and Y axes, delivering superior durability and precision.

TORCH
We use components from the leading manufacturer PGCNC in our plasma systems. The torch technologies significantly enhance productivity and cutting speed. HD technology ensures better hole quality, increased piercing performance, and beveling capabilities. This guarantees high-quality, consistent cuts and maximized productivity with minimal operating costs and maximum reliability.

SLAT TABLE
The slat table is built using technology resistant to high-temperature operation. This allows for continuous operation without the risk of burn-through that could prevent even placement of the material on the working table. The layout of the slats can be easily adjusted depending on the size of the parts to be cut. The slat table is an excellent solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE

The machine comes with Starfire 2D CAD/CAM software. Various functions are available to the user, including the ability to import ready-made designs in vector formats: .dxf, .plt, .ai, .eps. The software enables fast and precise development of cutting paths.

POWER SOURCE
The standard equipment of the machine includes a 120A power source, which offers high performance as well as high quality and cutting speed.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The plasma cutter is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which minimizes machine maintenance requirements. The central lubrication system is a simple and functional device used to deliver oil to contact points of machine components.
