High-quality airpad machine from a renowned manufacturer. Suitable for the production of custom-defined air-filled protective and cushioning elements made from PA and PE film, as well as air cushions from paper.

Each work cycle typically produces four air cushions, with the option to generate various formats. Ten programmable settings are available for storing multiple parameters. By selecting the appropriate program via the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and with individually defined filling volume can be produced. The resulting air cushion strips are wound into rolls by a motorized mechanism. When the roll is full, the machine shuts off automatically, allowing the finished roll to be manually removed and used as packing material.

The machine is mobile on castors and can be secured in place with brakes.
