Opis
FIBER CUT laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution on the laser cutting market. The innovative fiber laser technology enables significantly faster, more efficient, and more cost-effective sheet metal cutting compared to CO2 lasers. CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser cutter is designed and manufactured from the ground up in our factory. High-quality steel is used for the machine construction, which is cut, welded, and then precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are reinforced with additional ribbing, ensuring high rigidity and the elimination of vibrations and deformations.
DRIVES
Our machines are powered by high-resolution and high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), which provide adequate acceleration and speed in all axes. The drive transmission utilizes high-grade planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes use classic, proven helical racks, ensuring durability and precision.
CUTTING HEAD
The machine is equipped with a water-cooled WSX head for sheet cutting. High-quality quartz glass lenses focus the laser beam precisely on the workpiece, ensuring high cutting accuracy. To maintain process stability, the HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to account for material irregularities. A protective window between the nozzle and the lens safeguards the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.
LASER SOURCE
The machine uses a Raycus laser source, known for high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and excellent beam quality. This allows for faster, more effective operation and helps minimize operator errors. The source is resistant to back reflection, preventing the laser beam from returning to the source. Excellent power stability guarantees efficient operation and low energy usage.

COOLING
Industrial dual-temperature S&A CWFL chillers are specially designed to cool fiber lasers. They feature multiple alarm functions: compressor time delay protection, compressor over-current protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms.
EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable is located at the rear of the machine, minimizing laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes only 10 seconds, allowing the operator to remove cut parts and load a new sheet while the laser operates on the second table. This system ensures extremely high production efficiency.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, racks and guides must be lubricated with oil every few days. The automatic system activates lubrication at set intervals and in appropriate quantities, all parameters being programmed through the software.
