2030 ATC CNC Milling Plotter
4 axes, tilting spindle +/- 90 degrees
Working area: 2100 x 3000 mm
The ATC series plotters have been developed for professional use in large industrial plants and factories. These machines are designed to process a wide range of materials. To meet the demands of heavy-duty machining, ATC machines feature an additionally reinforced structure and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis.
A vacuum worktable comes standard with these machines, with the option to install a hybrid table.
Plotters from this series are equipped as standard with automatic tool change, a six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool height sensor. These solutions significantly speed up the machining process when multiple router bits are required.

CONSTRUCTION:
The machine frame is made of steel and cast iron, providing high rigidity and resistance to overloads during the machining process.
WORKING SURFACE:
The usable working area of our machine is 2100 x 3000 mm.
MATERIAL HOLDING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table. There is an option to install either a hybrid or T-slot table.
Z AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 300 mm (option for increase available).

DRIVES:
Our machines are powered by SERVO motors, providing appropriate acceleration and speed in each direction. The X and Y axes use classic, proven helical racks for high durability and precision, while the Z axis uses a high-grade ball screw. All axes run on linear rail guides.
SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a powerful, water-cooled, durable, high-quality brushless spindle. The spindle is fitted with top-grade machine bearings for exceptionally quiet operation and above-average durability. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm, powered by a frequency inverter with higher capacity than the spindle to prevent RPM drops under heavy load.
TOOL MAGAZINE:
The standard configuration includes a linear tool magazine with 6 ISO30 holders.
SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest version CAD/CAM software, which enables fast and easy design of components. The software then converts them to G-code. Import of pre-existing files from other programs is also possible.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine is controlled via a controller with an integrated processor and operating memory, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The machine controller features active vector analysis for smooth operation and minimal toolpath deviation. The controller has resume functionality after power loss, eliminating the need to restart a program. Built-in memory allows the machine to operate without reloading programs after shutdown.
