CNC Milling Plotter 2040 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for machining a wide variety of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is built entirely from high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo a dedicated heat-treatment process for added durability.

WORKING AREA:
The effective working area of the machine is 2100 x 4100 mm, and the entire worktable—manufactured using T-slot technology—measures 2100 x 4100 mm.

Z-AXIS STROKE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with an option to increase it to 400 mm on request.

DRIVES:
Our machines are equipped with high-resolution, high-power digital drives ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all axes. The X and Y axes utilize reliable, industry-proven helical racks for enhanced durability and precision, while the Z-axis is powered by a high-quality ball screw. All axes move on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
A powerful, water-cooled, and robust brushless spindle drives the cutting tool. The spindle features premium machine bearings for ultra-quiet operation and extended service life. Spindle speeds range from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. The spindle is powered by a frequency inverter with higher output than the spindle itself, preventing RPM drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest version of CAD/CAM software, enabling quick and easy component design. The software then converts designs into G-code. Import of ready-to-use files from other software is also supported.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Operation is via a controller equipped with its own processor and onboard memory for stable and reliable functioning. The controller features active vector analysis, providing smooth operation and minimal processing error. A resume function allows continuity of work after power loss, eliminating the need to restart programs. The built-in memory permits machine operation without constant program uploading.
