PGCNC 1525 ATC

CNC Milling Plotter 1525 ATC is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for the machining of various engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

The ATC series machines feature an additionally reinforced frame structure and use AC servo drives on each axis. Combined with an attractive price point, they surpass the competition by a wide margin.

CONSTRUCTION:
All structural components of the plotter are made entirely from high-quality steel, and during production, they undergo specialized heat treatment processes.

WORKING AREA:
The usable machining area of our CNC machine is 1500 x 2500 mm.

MATERIAL FIXING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table!

Z AXIS TRAVEL & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard travel range for the Z axis is 300 mm.

DRIVE SYSTEM:
Our machines are driven by high-resolution, high-power AC servo motors, ensuring excellent acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize classical, proven helical racks for durability and accuracy, while the Z axis drive uses a high-quality ball screw. All linear motions run on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
Cutting tools are powered by a robust, liquid-cooled, and durable brushless high-quality spindle. The spindle uses high-grade machine bearings, which ensure very low noise and above-average longevity. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. A frequency inverter with a higher power rating than the spindle itself is used for powering, protecting against RPM drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest version of dedicated CAD/CAM software, facilitating quick and easy parts design, which the system then converts to G-code. It is also possible to import ready-made files from other software.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Machine operation is managed by a controller equipped with its own CPU and memory, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller features active vector analysis for smooth operation and minimal processing deviations. It also offers a resume function after power loss, eliminating the need to restart the program. The controller’s built-in memory allows for standalone operation without the need to reload programs for each job.
