CNC Routing Plotter 1520 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered and manufactured in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based products (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:

The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During manufacturing, all elements undergo specialized heat treatment to enhance durability and precision.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of the machine is 1500 x 2000 mm. The entire worktable, produced using T-slot technology, measures 1600 x 2500 mm.

Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis range is 200 mm, with an option to increase it up to 400 mm to accommodate larger workpieces.

DRIVES:
The machine is equipped with high-torque, high-resolution digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes use reliable and proven helical racks for lasting precision and durability, while the Z-axis is driven by a premium-grade ball screw. All axes move along linear guide rails for smooth and precise operation.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, water-cooled, high-quality brushless spindle. Equipped with heavy-duty machine bearings, the spindle operates quietly and provides above-average service life. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. A frequency inverter with higher output than the spindle itself ensures consistent speed, even under heavy loads.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes complete with up-to-date CAD/CAM software, facilitating fast and easy design of components. The software converts projects to industry-standard G-code. Importing ready-made files from other software is also possible.

CONTROL:
The machine is operated via a controller with its own processor and internal memory, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The machine controller features active vector analysis for smooth operation and minimal processing error. In the event of a power loss, the controller supports resume functionality, eliminating the need to restart the program. Built-in memory allows the machine to operate independently, without reloading the program each time.
