CNC Milling Plotter 1325 SPECIAL is a precision machine manufactured in Poland, designed for processing a wide range of engineering materials, such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is made entirely from high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo special heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machine tool is 1300 x 2500 mm, while the entire worktable, manufactured using T-slot technology, measures approximately 1400 x 3000 mm.

Z-AXIS STROKE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis stroke is 200 mm. However, it is possible to increase this to 400 mm as an option.

DRIVES:
The machine is powered by high-resolution, high-power digital motors, which ensure proper acceleration and speed in each direction. The X and Y axes feature classic, proven helical racks, providing high durability and precision, while the Z-axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes move on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, water-cooled, durable high-class brushless spindle. The spindle is equipped with high-quality machine bearings, which are very quiet and provide above-average durability. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. The spindle is powered by a frequency inverter with higher capacity than the spindle itself, protecting against speed drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is equipped with up-to-date CAD/CAM software. The software enables quick and easy design of components, which are then converted into G-code. Import of ready files from other software is also supported.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine is operated via a controller that features its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The CNC controller includes active vector analysis functionality, allowing for smooth machine operation and minimal machining deviation. The controller features resume-after-power-loss capability, meaning there is no need to restart programs after an outage. Integrated controller memory allows the machine to operate without reloading the program for every job.
