This versatile machine is ideal for drying and polishing with crushed corn granulate,
resulting in a flawless, glossy surface.

Main features:

Working principle: Moist parts are automatically conveyed from the circular vibrator to the dryer via the separating table.

Pneumatically operated discharge valve: For automatic emptying after drying.

Coating: Inner walls as well as inlet and outlet areas feature a durable 2-component PU coating to reduce wear and minimize noise.

Temperature control: Adjustable between 30°C and 50°C via manual control in the electrical cabinet, with settings for 0%, 50%, and 100%. Automatic temperature maintenance by switching the heater on and off as needed.

Technical details:

Filling with approx. 10-15% crushed maize granulate (25 kg recommended).

Start-up: Use of maize kernels GM 16 or GM 20 required.
