The C11 MKL cross-cut optimization line, offered by Wood Expert Industry, represents a modern technological solution specifically designed for industrial wood processing and optimizing operational workflow in woodworking shops. All processing line equipment is manufactured by Paul Germany and was fully overhauled in July 2025, with zero operating hours since revision.

Paul C11 MKL lumber optimization line components:

Inclined conveyor belt 9.0 m/230 mm
- Ideal for automatic and efficient transport of wood pieces to the processing area, equipped with a guided belt and robust fixing parts for transport stability.

Measuring station with luminescent scanner and photocell
- Enables precise identification of the beginning and end of the processed pieces, with dedicated lower rollers for high-accuracy measurements.

Pressure roller unit
- Ensures correct alignment and pressing of pieces from 250 to 4200 mm, with manual adjustment possible according to material thickness.

Reinforced marking rails, left and right
- Perform automatic pre-marking of cutting positions for increased efficiency and accuracy during subsequent processing.

C11 MKL optimizer – CNC cross-cutting station
- Features a robust welded steel frame, 500 mm TCT blade, 5.5 kW servo-driven motor, variable speed, and advanced feeder system with lower/upper rollers for precise piece guidance. Electric adjustment of upper rollers allows for automatic adaptation to wood thickness. The system includes automatic waste evacuation, extraction ports, CE-compliant safety features, and advanced cutting quality options (blade with 132 conical teeth).

Evacuation system
- Includes 11.5 m/230 mm conveyor belt and ascending waste conveyor (3.0 m/500 mm with collection hopper), optimizing material flow and waste removal.

Length sorting system
- Equipped with pneumatic ejectors and basic sorting equipment, it facilitates automatic sorting and unloading of pieces into two evacuation positions, increasing line productivity.

Maxi8 Premium operator terminal and optimization software
- 17'' touchscreen, dust-protected, remote diagnostics, Linux-based, with dedicated optimization software (up to 60 cut lists, 9 quality grades, 400 preset lengths/list), advanced statistics, network integration options, and USB data import/export.

Control and automation equipment
- Standardized electrical cabinets, control panels, and complete installation and wiring, using high-quality components for intensive operation.
