Machine was serviced annually under a maintenance contract with Okuma.

In 2023, the cable track of the W axis, including all hoses, was replaced.
In October 2024, linear guides X/Y/Z were renewed.
Works carried out by Okuma:
- Machine cleaned
- Sheet metal covers dismantled
- 8th axis removed
- Gantry removed and lifted out of the machine. ATC removed and lifted out.
- All linear guides removed
- Mounting surfaces of the ZA axis cleaned
- New ZA linear guide, including carriages, installed and tightened to specified torque
- New ZA ball screw, including bearings, installed
- Base plate of the gantry installed and tightened to specified torque, or bolted to the carriages. Lubrication lines connected.
- ATC including add-on parts installed and connected
- New linear guides for YA and XA installed and tightened to the corresponding torques. New YA ball screw with bearings installed
- Gantry installed and lubrication lines connected. XA base plate installed and aligned
- 8th axis assembled and aligned
- H1 turret assembled
- Drive motor of the 8th axis installed
- 8th axis plus new H1 installed and geometry set
- Functional test of 8th axis and H1
- Run-in program for B axis approx. 12 hours, then drain old oil from 8th axis
- Run-in program for H1 and defect report for OEG created
- Left door installed, various sheet metals adjusted
- Power chuck installed
- Zero points adjusted
- Tool change checked
