The machine was serviced annually under a maintenance contract with Okuma.

In 2023, the cable drag chain of the W-axis including all hoses was replaced.
In October 2024, the linear guides of X/Y/Z axes were replaced.
Work carried out by Okuma:
- Machine cleaned
- Sheet metal and covers removed
- 8th axis removed
- Gantry dismantled and lifted out of the machine, ATC dismantled and lifted out
- All linear guides dismantled
- Bearing surfaces of the ZA axis cleaned
- New linear guide ZA (including shoes) fitted and tightened to specified torque
- New ball screw ZA (including bearing) installed
- Base plate of the gantry installed and tightened to specified torque at the shoes, lubrication lines connected
- ATC including attachments installed and connected
- New linear guides YA and XA installed and tightened to specified torques; new ball screw YA (including bearing) installed
- Gantry inserted and lubrication lines connected; base plate XA mounted and aligned
- 8th axis mounted and aligned
- H1 turret mounted
o Mount drive motor for the 8th axis
o Assemble 8th axis and new H1, set geometry

o Functional test for 8th axis and H1
o Run-in program for B axis approx. 12h, then drain old oil from 8th axis
o Run-in program for H1 and defect report for OEG
o Mount left door and adjust various sheet metal parts
o Install chuck
o Adjust zero points
o Check tool change
