BREWERIES & DISTILLERIES Sp. z o.o. has been providing professional consultancy, design, and implementation of beer and spirits production lines for many years. We manufacture private-label brands for our clients and supply automatic beverage dispensing systems.

The advantage of our company is our highly skilled and experienced team of engineers, which enables us to execute turnkey projects comprehensively. To date, we have designed and launched 28 craft breweries and 3 craft distilleries in Poland, produced over 200 private-label craft alcohol brands for our clients, and installed 30 DRINK WALL automatic beverage dispensing systems in Hotels and Restaurants.

We would like to offer you a used SALM restaurant brewery. Since 1924, SALM has been manufacturing complete brewery installations. The brewery was produced in 2023 for a customer in Bucharest and has only brewed 5 batches to date, which means the offered installation can be considered practically brand new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Below is the complete technical specification of the brewery offered:

1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, stainless steel, A-shaped frame, with Salm Brewmatic 02 computer control – 1 unit
2. Copper cladding of the mash tun and lauter tun (cylindrical sections)

The brewery has type approval from the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw.
Upon customer request, we can organize the transport of the brewery from Bucharest to Poland and handle its installation.
