Stanje: novo, Leto izdelave: 2026, Funkcionalnost: popolnoma funkcionalen, The Randek JS400C end-trimming saw is designed to create cut-outs at the ends of timber pieces, for example, to accommodate a tie beam in vertically oriented studs. Dksded Arwhjpfx Apweu The machine pneumatically clamps the timber and performs two cuts with its two 400 mm diameter saw blades. The maximum cutting length is 380 mm, and the cutting depth can be set up to a maximum of 115 mm. Operation is quick and easy via foot pedal. Function description The timber section to be notched, e.g. a stud, is pushed into the covered saw slot up to the set stop. Any protruding end is supported on a roller stand (not included). Pneumatic clamping and the sawing cycle are activated via foot pedal. Technical description • Notch depth: 30–115 mm • Notch length: 10–380 mm • Timber thickness: 30–70 mm • Electrical connection: 3 x 400 V, 50 Hz, 25 A • Compressed air: 0.5–0.8 MPa (5–8 bar) • Saw blades: Carbide-tipped, 400/30-3.5/2.5/40 Safety The saw is well guarded by a cover plate to prevent accidental contact. When the cover is opened, power is automatically cut off, significantly reducing the risk of injury. Advantages • Enables effective and precise notching/cutting • Flexible and easy to set up • Simple to operate • Adjustable working height and foot pedal operation ensure ergonomic working conditions for the operator
