Randek SPL728 Cut-Off Saw

Computer-controlled, rotating, with LAN (Ethernet) connection for downloading or storing saw jobs (text file in ASCII format).

The number of programs that can be stored is limited only by the size of the hard drive.

Thanks to the graphical touchscreen (HMI), the operator can monitor all details directly on the screen or enter saw jobs manually. This minimizes disruptions in production flow.

Saw blade:
- Carbide-tipped, low-noise
- 700 mm diameter / 116 teeth
- 360° horizontal swivel
- 90° to 28° tilting
- 250 mm plunge depth

Motor power: 7.5 kW.

Automatically closing and locking safety guard made of plastic.

Infeed table, available in lengths of 4.0 / 5.8 / 8.2 / 10.6 m
Powered infeed roller, type IRO4-120.

Stop 2 - traverses the full length of the outfeed table.
Positioning of longitudinal stops and adjustment of cutting angles are computer-controlled independently.
