Morsö H Semi-automatic pneumatic mitre cutter – no dust – no noise.

Designed for picture frame and furniture mouldings with rebate, the Morsö H cuts double mitres at 45° and single mitres up to 90°.

In craft applications, the machine is also ideal for cutting tenons, notches, lapped mitres, and more.

The Morsö H operates with knives in a drawing (non-rotating) action, producing no dust. Offcuts are directed away from the machine via a chute. The Morsö H is operated via foot pedal and requires only a compressor. The Morsö H guarantees a mirror-smooth, precise cut, allowing the moulding pieces to be joined immediately without further finishing.

The horizontal movement of the knife head can be set incrementally. The vertical movement can be infinitely adjusted using a stepless clamp. The Morsö H works on the same simple principle as the MORSØ-F, but pneumatically. The Morsö H comes with two-hand operation; the pneumatic cylinder replaces the foot pedal, drawing the knives smoothly through the moulding in a single pass.

Standard Morsö H includes: safety shield, two-hand operation, waste chute, adjustable longitudinal stop, measuring scale up to 1,500 mm, adjustable stops (45° - 90°), and adjustable rebate supports.
