Moretti Forni Neapolis 6 Electric Pizza Oven with Proofing Chamber

The baking surface inside the oven is made of 'Biscotto' brick, ensuring perfect heat distribution throughout all baking areas, making this oven especially suitable for Neapolitan pizza. Electronic temperature control, independent power regulation for top and bottom, and coiled heating elements. The oven features highly insulated, removable doors. Maximum baking temperature is 510°C (950°F). The chamber is built from coated steel, equipped with wheels and a safety brake. The maximum chamber temperature is 65°C (150°F).
