Semi-automatic swivel frame band saw for mitre cuts from +60° to -45°, equipped with frequency inverter.
Suitable for cutting hollow sections and solid materials made of steel, stainless steel, tool steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.
Sawing functions are hydraulically controlled.
Saw band drive via low-maintenance, oil-lubricated worm gear.
Robust three-phase motor with overload protection.
Rotary table with bearings.
After starting the cutting cycle, the vise clamps the workpiece automatically – upon completion, it returns to its starting position (HA-DG).
Saw arm inclined by 25°, resulting in longer blade service life.
Swivelling saw arm from +60° to -45°.
Fitted with a chip removal brush for optimal cleaning and maintenance of the saw band.
Features frequency inverter: allows stepless adjustment of the blade speed from 20 - 100 m/min.
BRP - saw blade monitoring system.
Hydraulic vise with manual quick release for lateral adjustment.
Limit switches control the upper and lower positions of the saw arm.
No setting of the upper end position is necessary.
Touch function with integrated button.
