Die Maschine ist mit einem Fräskopf für Außenverzahnung – dieser erlaubt die Bearbeitung von Zähnen mit einem Schrägungswinkel von 0 bis +/- 45 Grad – sowie einem Fräskopf für Innenverzahnung ausgestattet. Die Maschine besteht aus einer Fräseinheit, einer Einheit zum Spannen und Rotieren des Werkstücks und einer Zentrierspitze für die Ritzelachse. Die Fräs-/Verzahnungseinheit verfügt über drei Linearachsen und zwei Rotationsachsen, wie folgt: - X-Achse: Längs-/radiale Bewegung zur Werkstückachse - Y-Achse: Vertikale Bewegung des Fräskopfes - Z-Achse: Tangentiale Bewegung des Fräskopfes - A-Achse: Schwenken des Fräskopfes +/-45 Grad - C-Achse: Rotation der Hauptachse des Fräskopfes Die Werkstückspannungseinheit (Maschinentisch) hat eine Rotationsachse, die B-Achse, zur Rotation des Werkstücks. 1. Plattentrieb / Plattenrotation, C-Achse – erfolgt mit zwei 50 Nm, 2000 U/min Servomotoren, einem Gressner Schneckengetriebe und einer Duplex-Schnecke, die mit dem Schneckenrad auf der Platte eingreift. 7.
