Description:

Automatic cross-cut saw with semi-automatic functions for cutting aluminium and light metal alloys. Mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left; saw head swivels 0°-45° to the left.

Control is managed via multi-microprocessors, while two NC-controlled axes allow programming of up to 1,000 different cutting programs (each with different quantities and lengths), for the same material batch.

- New centralized control console mounted on a swivel arm, allowing easy operation from any working position and ensuring the emergency stop switch is always accessible.

- Fieldbus communication system with dual microprocessor and serial interface.
- Display (20 characters x 4 lines) shows the following technical parameters: number of programmed cuts and completed cuts, blade thickness, feed length, cutting time, ammeter, and display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
- New: Display and logging of alarm and error messages, with the ability to review logged incidents. Now with 600 mm material feed using a ball screw spindle driven by a cutting motor, mounted on opposing ball bearings.
- New: Low-voltage control panel—polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed, raised buttons and actuation signal.
- Saw bow stroke height programmable directly from the control panel for adaptation to different cutting materials.
- Ball-bearing-mounted rotary table ensures easy and precise rotation.
- Clamping system with two end-positioned vices, freely positionable along the longitudinal axis of the workpiece.
- Adjustable mechanical stops for rapid positioning of the saw head at 0 and 45 degrees to the left and right.
